Die Grob G 120A ist ein zweisitziges, voll kunstflugtaugliches, einmotoriges Flugzeug der Grob Aircraft AG aus Deutschland.
Entwickelt wurde die G 120A Anfang der 2000er Jahre als Trainingsflugzeug und wird unter anderem von der deutschen, französischen und kanadischen Luftwaffe im Rahmen der Pilotengrundschulung betrieben. Die Maschine ist aus Faserverbundwerkstoff gefertigt, was zu einer hohen Lebensdauer der Zelle und damit geringen Betriebskosten führt. Die Sitze sind, ideal für den Schulungsbetrieb, nebeneinander angeordnet. Das Flugzeug ist für Kunstflug zugelassen und hat einen Sechszylinder-Boxermotor von Lycoming, der 260 PS leistet und einen Dreiblattpropeller antreibt.
The Grob G 120A is a double seated, full aerobatic, single engine aircraft by Grob Aircraft AG from Germany.
The G 120A was developed in the early 2000s as a training aircraft and is used among others by the German, French or Canadian Airforces for young pilots’ basic training. The machine is produced from a composite of glass fiber plastic, which is responsible for a high lifespan and small operating costs. The seats are, ideal for flight training, situated side by side. The plane is licensed for aerobatic flight and has a 6-cylinder boxer engine from Lycoming, which has 260 horsepower and a 3-blade prop.
Das Modell / the model
Unser Modell ist ein Nachbau im Maßstab 1:3 und vielen Scaledetails des Originals versehen. Das Modell wird in GFK/CFK-Vakuum-Sandwich-Technologie in höchster Qualität produziert. Als Antrieb dient idealerweise ein Vierzylinder (z.B. 3W-140i B4) oder Boxermotor (z.B. 3W-110i B2 oder DA 120), welche komplett unter die Motorhaube passen. Ebenso kann auch ein passender Elektromotor (z.B. Hacker Q100) eingesetzt werden. Das Modell der G 120A ist mit seinem sehr eleganten Erscheinungsbild der perfekte Kunstflugtrainer und kann mit seinen sehr gutmütigen Flugeigenschaften auch ideal zum Seglerschlepp eingesetzt werden.
Wir bieten für das Modell auch das komplette Zubehör wie ein elektrisches Scaleeinziehfahrwerk mit Bremsen, ein detailliertes Cockpit, das passende Beleuchtungsset und Tanks sowie weiteres Scalezubehör an.
Our model is a replica in scale of 1:3 with a lot of the original’s scale details. The model is produced using the highest fiberglass quality and carbon fiber vacuum-sandwich-technology. The ideal engine is a 4-cylinder engine (e.g. 3W-140i), or a boxer engine (e.g. 3W-110i B2 or DA 120), which fits completely under the cowl. You can use a proper electric motor (e.g. Hacker Q100), too. The G 120A’s scale model is the perfect aerobatic trainer thanks to its elegant look and excellent flight characteristics it can also be used to tow gliders.
We offer all the equipment for the model, such as an electric scale retractable landing gear with brakes, a detailed cockpit, an appropriate lighting set and tanks, as well as more scale accessories.

Originalgetreues Cockpit in kombinierter Balsa-, Sperrholz und 3D-Druck Bauweise. Das Set enthält den Instrumentenpilz mit gefräster Cockpitplatte aus GFK, die beiden Sitze aus GFK, die beiden Steuerknüppel und sämtliche Applikationen aus 3D-Druck, sowie die Bodenplatte und den Rahmen aus Balsa bzw. Sperrholz.
Optional kann das Cockpit für einen Aufpreis von 500,00 Euro auch als de luxe Version komplett fertig montiert und lackiert geliefert werden.
True to the original scale cockpit in combined construction of balsa-, plywood and 3D print. The set contains the front cockpit panel with cockpit plate in glass fiber plastic, the two seats in glass fiber plastic, the two joysticks and all other applications in 3D print. The ground plate and the frame are made of balsa and plywood.

Der Standard Scalezubehör-Satz wird im hochauflösenden 3D-Druck-Verfahren hergestellt und beinhaltet eine Seitenruderantenne oben, zwei Seitenruderantennen seitlich, eine Abdeckung der Flächenunterseite, eine Rumpfantenne unten, sowie eine Lüftungsabdeckung aus GfK.
Optional kann der Scalezubehör-Satz für einen Aufpreis von 125,00 Euro auch als de luxe Version geliefert werden. Zusätzlich zum Standard Satz sind drei Antennen für die Rumpfunterseite, sowie ein Pitotrohr in Gemischtbauweise aus Alu-3D-Druck enthalten.
The scale accessory set standard is manufactured in high resolution 3D-print process. It consists of one rudder antenna at the top, two rudder antennas left and right, one cover for the bottom of the wings, one antenna for the bottom of the fuselage and a ventilation cover in glass fiber plastic.
Optionally, the scale accessory set could be delivered at extra cost 125,00 Euro in a de luxe version. Additionally to the standard set it consists three antennas for the bottom of the fuselage and a pitot tube in mixed material of aluminium and 3D-print.
